Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).

• Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95

Returns & Exchanges

Returns At Kirra Serene, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged jewelry for Store Credit or Refund within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exclusions For hygiene reasons, earrings are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via our Contact page if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
